About Our Products

Are your products really 3D printed?

Yes! Every item in our shop is designed and 3D printed by us using FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling) technology. Each piece is printed fresh when you order.

Will my item look exactly like the photo?

Colors may vary depending on available filament at the time of printing. We do our best to match the photos, but slight variations are part of what makes each piece unique. No two prints are exactly alike!

Are the dragons really articulated?

Yes! Our articulated figures are printed with moving joints so they flex and pose right out of the box — no assembly required.

How do I care for my 3D printed figure?

Keep your figure away from extreme heat (like direct sunlight or hot cars) as PLA plastic can warp. Wipe clean with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Do not submerge in water.

Ordering & Customization

Can I request a specific color?

We'll do our best to accommodate color requests! Add a note at checkout with your preferred color and we'll let you know if it's available. Color availability depends on current filament stock.

Do you offer custom printing?

Yes! If you have your own STL file, we offer custom printing services. Contact us through our Contact page to discuss your project and get a quote.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Please allow 3–5 business days for printing and preparation, plus USPS delivery time (typically 2–5 business days). Total delivery time is usually 5–10 business days.

Shipping & Returns

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free on orders over $100. All other orders ship for a flat rate of $12 via USPS.

Do you accept returns?

Because all items are printed on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if your item arrives damaged, we will send a replacement. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for details.
