Processing Time All orders are 3D printed and made to order. Please allow 3–7 business days for processing before your order ships. During high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer — we'll keep you updated.

Shipping Rates & Delivery We offer flat-rate shipping on all domestic orders. Free shipping is available on qualifying orders. Delivery times vary by carrier and destination but typically range from 3–7 business days after shipment.

Where We Ship We currently ship within the United States, including APO/FPO addresses. International shipping is not available at this time.

Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after you receive the notification.

Lost or Delayed Packages We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers. If your package appears lost, contact us at hello@zaxisrising.com and we'll do our best to help resolve the issue.
